ANNOUNCEMENTS (important reminders) AND PLACEMENTS
♦ I didn't do announcements last week, I died, but I am here now to do proper announcements. There's a lot of important stuff this time around!!
♦ First of all, Please please check up on the sensitive content list and read it. I have already run into a few incidents with this being ignored!! If it gets to be a problem, I will reach out and discuss that with people or if it's serious enough, I'll boot you so please be mindful.
♦ This is a place to chill and make your own fun! That does not mean, "I will make other ppl play my fun and be pushy about it." Please respect one another! That said, this is not just a random dwrp, this is a Celi dictatorship and simply put, I will be running a lot on vibes and I'll make/adjust rules to help those vibes. So!!!!
♦ I AM CLOSING FRIENDS OF FRIENDS INVITES FOR THE TIME BEING. If somehow this friend of friend was in a prior game with me and we clicked, or I've given pre-approval a while back, that's fine, send me a dm. However, we've had a lot of new fresh faces (welcome, you did nothing wrong ilu and ur my precious childrens now!!!!!!) and simply, I want the vibe to be filled with ppl that are at least familiar with one another (even if we don't necessarily all tag one another) so I want time for some settling. I do not know when I'll reopen this, but for now apps are celi's friends only. I might make exceptions if you really really need to but I'll heavy vet this.
♦ Announcements will now be on fridays OR saturdays, i cannot guarantee which one it will be per week, but katy and celis work life sometimes rly explodes on fridays and the energy/spirit needs to wait for the next day. ALSO, there's a lot of mod chatter sometimes (like it takes 4+ hours in one single session sometimes) and we don't want to throw up announcements at like 1am (altho maybe sometimes we will). Tl;dr, if you app keep in mind, it can be either friday or saturday at random times throughout those days.
♦ I should clarify this in a proper place, I will always change the IC day when newbies arrive fri/sat. If there's one more IC day that turns over throughout the week, that's ok!!! Just note all app placements will be in the ic morning so time your posts accordingly. Alternatively, if people don't hate the idea, we could just have a steady Weds/Sats are always the day change no matter what. We'll see, we'll see.
♦ Please save us and put your subject format matching the email, it helps keeps our inboxed organize because we have filters set for it. Katy clarified it in the post.
♦ An ac clarification as well since i realize the wording isnt very tight, but the general idea is "either you are participating in the game concept (missions) or you're just straight up participating in the game itself (many comments)". A single mission thread with two comments isn't going to cut it. ZERO PEOPLE HAVE DONE THIS, but it isn't fair that this sort of thing isn't reflected in the A/C so I'll make sure to do so!!
♦ If you see people get placed, and you apped and didn't get placed, please dm me or katy and let us know. it is likely that your app accidentally got eaten or something. If we were to reject, we would just do so, not ghost you.
♦ we'll be getting faq updated a bit with all the billionty questions that are in quick questions, THANK YOU FOR ASKING THEM
♦ NEW LOCATIONS COMING SOON
♦ ALSO KATY'S RUNNING A BIT OF A MINI EVENT SOON, CHECK DISCORD FOR DEETS ON WHEN (Theres a poll at the time of this announcement)
♦ I will also run some sort of table game soon, probably candyland or PPP, this is tbd. I know the vibes have been feeling busy BUT LOOK FORWARD TO IT.
